Mushroom salad


This delicious salad can be made with any kind of fresh mushrooms, it's all up to you! It's fast, easy to do, very nutritive and healthy.

So, you'll need:
- 500 g of mushrooms
- one teaspoon of vinegar
- 100 ml of wine
- salt and pepper

and for the dressing:
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- one tablespoon of oil
- one teaspoon of vinegar (you can try to add even more, if you like it)

Start by washing the mushrooms and add one litre of water, one teaspoon of vinegar, the wine and some salt and pepper.



Let it boil for 15 minutes and, afterwards, take out the mushrooms and chop them.


Now, prepare the dressing by mixing together the mashed garlic, the vinegar and the oil and pour it on the chopped mushrooms.


Mix it all together, add some more salt and pepper if necessary and enjoy! Tip: You can also add to the dressing 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and get a much more creamy and rich salad.
